Business Drivers, Technology Solutions, Learning Choices.

The 2007 edition of Moving Learning turned out to be a great success! Thanks to our keynote-speakers, host Bob Mosher, sponsors and 300 enthusiastic learning professionals who attended the conference in London and Utrecht, Moving Learning 2007 proved itself again as an inspiring learning seminar.

Moving Learning 2006
Business is starting to demand something very different from the training team: learning that directly raises performance right at the moment of need. A shift from 'training' to 'learning' is well underway but are we ready for a shift from 'skills' to 'performance'.

"I found the Moving Learning 2005 event extremely interesting and beneficial in considering how today’s organisations can deliver learning at the time it's needed and, to people who need it, it can be achieved using technology as the medium.
The presentations were informative and addressed many important areas, particularly new strategies around reaching learners in the working environment. The session on measuring performance was particularly appropriate for my team as ntl is currently implementing new technologies and processes to asses the value of our learning programmes. Also being able to meet with others that do the same role in other organisations was really worthwhile and I'm looking forward to attending the 2006 event!"

"It was a useful thought provoking day, well worth the time out of the office. The sessions reflected the way our business is developing. The whole event was well organised and I would recommend it to other learning professionals and managers of learning."
